Common Issues

Can't Log In

1. Check you're using the correct email address
2. Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
3. If you signed up with Google or GitHub, use the matching social sign-in button
4. Clear browser cookies and try again

Posts Not Saving

1. Check that the extension is logged in (click the extension icon)
2. Refresh the social media page and try again
3. Check your internet connection
4. Check if you've hit the 100-post Free plan limit — upgrade to Pro or delete old posts

Slow Dashboard

If the dashboard feels slow, try:

• Using filters to narrow what's displayed
• Switching to List view instead of Grid view
• Hard-refreshing the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
