Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Billing

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing to view your current plan, status, billing period, next billing date (or access-until date after cancellation), and any pending switch. Manage Billing opens Polar's portal for payment methods and invoices.

Changing Monthly or Yearly Billing

Use Change plan to switch an active monthly subscription to yearly, or yearly to monthly. The switch is scheduled for the next renewal and nothing is charged on the day you request it. Lifetime purchases do not have a recurring billing period to change.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If cancellation is still pending, you can resume the subscription before the access-until date. Savebase does not currently offer a separate pause action.

If you cancel Pro, you'll keep all your saved posts but return to free plan limits (100 items, 2 platforms, 5 folders). Your data is never deleted — you just won't be able to add new items beyond the free limits until you upgrade again.
