Tags
Tags are flexible labels for cross-referencing posts across different topics and folders.
Creating Tags
Tags are created on the fly: open any post, click "Add tag", and type. Press Enter to create a new tag or select an existing one from the dropdown.
Assigning Tags
You can assign multiple tags to a single post. To tag multiple posts at once, select them with checkboxes and use the "Tag selected" bulk action.
Managing Tags
Use a tag's three-dot menu in the sidebar to rename or remove it. Removing a tag deletes the label and its assignments; it does not delete the posts that used it.
AI Bulk Tagging Pro
AI Bulk Tagging analyses posts that do not already have tags. It is an on-demand backlog tool; it does not automatically tag every new save.

How It Works
Savebase sends the saved title, content, URL, source, and author information to the tagging service. It can prefer the tag vocabulary you provide, creates any missing tags, and assigns the resulting tags to each processed bookmark.
The AI analyses:
- Post title and caption
- Author and account type
- Platform context
- Your optional preferred tag vocabulary
Editing Suggested Tags
Review the sample before applying the run. Afterward, tags behave like normal tags and can be removed from a post. The completion screen also offers Undo All AI Tags for assignments from that run.
