How We Store Your Data

Savebase takes data security seriously. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices.

Infrastructure

• Database and authentication: Supabase in the Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region
• Optional media backup: Backblaze B2 object storage for paid users who explicitly enable Permanent Media Backup
• Authentication: Industry-standard JWT-based authentication
• Media processing: parts of the media pipeline are self-hosted through Coolify

Encryption

Traffic between the extension, website, and Savebase services uses HTTPS. Sensitive server-side credentials, including Google OAuth tokens, are encrypted at rest. Browser extension preferences and temporary request values stored locally rely on your browser profile and operating-system protections; Savebase does not claim a separate encryption layer for that local storage.
