Troubleshooting the Extension
Native Save Not Syncing
If a platform's native Save, Bookmark, or Favourite action is not appearing in Savebase:
- Refresh the page (F5 / Cmd+R)
- Check that the extension is enabled in your browser's extension manager
- Open the extension popup and confirm that you are signed in
- For platforms shown under Connected Platforms, confirm the connection badge is green
- Make sure the site hasn't changed its request format or layout
- Try disabling other extensions that might conflict
Not Logged In
Click the Savebase extension icon. If you see a login screen, your session has expired. Log in again with your credentials.
Posts Not Appearing in Dashboard
Saved posts should appear in your dashboard within 5–10 seconds. If they don't, check your internet connection and try again.
Reinstalling the Extension
steps
1. Right-click the Savebase icon → Remove from Chrome/Firefox/Edge
2. Restart your browser
3. Reinstall from the Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, or Edge Add-ons
4. Log in again
