A bookmark organizer for everything you want to find again

A browser folder holds the article. Instagram holds the reel. Reddit holds the discussion. Savebase brings these references into one library, so a project can include all three. Organize bookmarks by what you intend to do with them: plan a trip, compare tools or learn a skill. Folders give the project a home; tags and notes help you find the useful detail later.

Put your saves to work

A practical bookmark organizer workflow

Import & export ↗

Bring your scattered bookmarks together

Start with the references you already use. Import browser bookmarks directly through the extension, then bring supported social saves in through native-save syncing or Grab. Browser import flattens the original folder tree, so begin with a small batch and build a structure around your current projects. On Pro, dashboard file imports can also bring in supported exports and URL lists.

Folders & tags ↗

Use folders for projects and tags for themes

Create a folder called Home renovation and subfolders for rooms. Add tags such as lighting, small-space and shortlist across those folders. A source can support more than one project, so use folder memberships and tags to describe its different roles. Keep the vocabulary small enough that you can apply it consistently when another reference arrives.

AI Bulk Tagging ↗

Make an old backlog easier to browse

Add a note explaining why a bookmark matters, especially when the title says little. On Pro, run AI Bulk Tagging on untagged saves and review sample suggestions before applying them. This is an on-demand way to work through a backlog. Your own folder structure, tags and notes remain useful whether or not you choose AI.

Savebase quick start →
  1. 1

Import a small set of useful bookmarks and create a folder for one active project.

  2. 2

Tag each source with its topic and add one sentence explaining the reason for saving it.

  3. 3

Review the folder weekly, moving your strongest references into a shortlist.

What to expect from this workflow

Savebase combines web references and social saves. Ordinary bookmarked webpages remain links to their original sites; saving a URL does not archive the full page.

Choose the plan for your collection

Folders, manual tags, notes and direct browser-bookmark import are available on Free. Pro adds unlimited folders, dashboard file imports and AI Bulk Tagging.

Questions about bookmark organizer

What is the best way to organize bookmarks?

Use a folder for the project or purpose, tags for topics shared across projects, and a short note for the detail you want to remember. Review one collection before reorganizing your entire library. Savebase lets you keep web links and supported social references in that same system.

Does Savebase automatically AI-tag every bookmark?

AI Bulk Tagging is a Pro feature you run when needed on untagged saves. Review and edit sample suggestions before applying the run. Manual tags are available on Free, and Pro rules can help file recurring inputs.
