6. Google API Usage and Compliance

Savebase uses Google APIs (including Google Identity and Google Sheets) to provide certain features. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the following terms in addition to these Terms of Service:

• Google API Limited Use Policy: Savebase complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Data Access: We access Google user data only to the extent necessary to provide the requested features. This includes creating spreadsheets and writing data to your designated Google Sheets.
• Data Security: OAuth tokens for Google services are encrypted at rest. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising purposes.
• Data Sharing: We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing and improving the Savebase service.

Revoking Access: You may revoke Savebase's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing Savebase, or by disconnecting the integration in your Savebase account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Savebase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
