Referral Program Terms

1. Program operator

The Savebase Refer & earn program is operated by Savebase Labs LLP, India ("Savebase", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms supplement the Savebase Terms of Service. By activating a referral link, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Free and paid Savebase users may participate while their account is in good standing. Savebase accounts are not available to children under 13. A participant who cannot legally control a payout account must use an eligible parent or guardian's payout account. The guardian must verify the payout address and accept responsibility for the payout information and applicable taxes before funds can be released.

3. Referral attribution

• Each participant receives one permanent, opaque referral link.
• The referred person must open that link and create a genuinely new Savebase account within 30 days.
• The first valid referrer wins. Attribution cannot be added, replaced, transferred, or backdated.
• Existing Savebase accounts do not qualify, even if the user later purchases Pro.
• Savebase may reject duplicate, self-referred, automated, misleading, or unverifiable signups.

4. Qualifying purchases and commission

A valid referral earns one commission equal to 20% of the actual pre-tax amount charged for the referred user's first successful Savebase Pro purchase, after discounts and before Polar or payout-provider fees. Monthly, yearly, and direct Lifetime purchases qualify. Subscription renewals, later upgrades or plan changes, add-ons, AppSumo purchases, trials, zero-value orders, taxes, and refunded amounts do not qualify.

At the prices published on the effective date, an undiscounted first purchase produces a commission of $1.60 for Monthly, $15.20 for Yearly, or $39.80 for Lifetime. Actual commission can be lower when a discount is applied. Prices and resulting commission amounts may change.

5. Holding period, refunds, and reversals

Commission remains pending for at least 30 days after payment. A pending refund or payment dispute may extend this period. A refund, chargeback, fraudulent payment, or reversed order cancels the related commission. If commission was already paid, the amount becomes a negative balance deducted from future earnings.

6. Payouts

• The minimum available balance for payout is US$10; smaller balances roll forward.
• Amounts that have cleared the hold and reach the threshold by month-end are scheduled for payment by the 15th of the following month, or the next business day.
• PayPal details are requested only after commission has been earned and must be verified.
• PayPal does not support domestic India-to-India payments. Those payouts may use a verified bank account or UPI address on request. Other methods may be offered after review but are not guaranteed.
• All PayPal, bank, UPI, receiving, intermediary, and currency-conversion charges are borne by the recipient. The amount received may be lower than the commission recorded by Savebase.
• Missing, inaccurate, unverified, restricted, or unsupported payout details delay payment until resolved.

7. Parent or guardian payouts

A minor must provide a payout address controlled by their parent or legal guardian. The guardian must confirm control of that address, authorize its use for Savebase referral payouts, and accept these terms. Savebase may request additional verification and may withhold or reject a payout that cannot be verified. The participant and guardian are responsible for ensuring that their arrangement and payout information comply with applicable law and provider rules.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Refer yourself or accounts you own or control.
• Create fake, duplicate, automated, or collusive accounts.
• Use spam, bulk unsolicited messages, deceptive claims, paid impersonation, or misleading domains.
• Bid on or impersonate Savebase trademarks in advertising without written permission.
• Hide that you may receive a commission when publicly endorsing Savebase.
• Interfere with attribution, checkout, fraud controls, or payout systems.

9. Required disclosure

When sharing a referral link with an endorsement or recommendation, disclose the financial relationship clearly and close to the link—for example, “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” You may make only accurate claims about Savebase.

10. Taxes and records

Participants and payout recipients are responsible for reporting and paying taxes that apply to their commission. Savebase may request information reasonably required for tax, identity, sanctions, fraud, or payment compliance and may retain commission and payout records as required by law.

11. Review, suspension, and program changes

Savebase may review, delay, reject, reverse, or withhold commission where these terms are violated or a referral cannot be verified. We may modify or end the program prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date; commission validly earned before a change remains subject to the terms and fraud review that applied when it was earned.
