A saved source supports a piece of work; an editable note may be the work itself. If you want AI agents updating documents and revisions, keep that requirement on the shortlist. Savebase's current ChatGPT and MCP library access is read-only, so it should not be presented as an equivalent writing system.

Decide which files and media need their own home

Keep's Markdown and file-oriented workflow covers more than source URLs. A migration should distinguish original notes, uploaded files and external references. Savebase's eligible social media backup is a separate capability, not a promise to recreate a file workspace or notebook history.
