A better fit for what you save

Favourites.io alternatives for your saved library

Favourites.io focuses on searching and organizing Twitter/X likes and bookmarks. Savebase is our first recommendation when you want a new reference library that combines supported social posts and web links with notes and reminders. The key distinction is whether you need a likes-management tool or a broader collection of deliberately saved research.

Separate likes from the references you want to keep

Likes can mean acknowledgment, entertainment or a deliberate reading choice. A reference library is more useful when the reason for keeping a source is explicit. Decide which liked posts genuinely belong in a research collection before copying the whole history into another tool.

Check how sources enter the replacement

Savebase's native X workflow centers on bookmarks, not an automatic import of every X like. For selected liked posts, bookmark or save the original URLs you want to retain. Test the capture path rather than assuming two tools use the same platform signal.

When keeping Favourites.io makes sense

Keep Favourites.io if managing and searching your X likes is the specific requirement. A broader bookmark library does not imply that every like will be captured in the same way.

Savebase import source: Text / URL list

  1. 1

Check any export available in your Favourites.io account and retain the original file separately.

  2. 2

Collect the original URLs of the liked posts or bookmarks you want to use as references, one per line in a text file.

  3. 3

Import with Savebase's Text / URL list option, review the preview and add notes explaining why the chosen sources matter.

There is no native Favourites.io importer. The URL-list path does not automatically mirror all X likes, reproduce the old folder database or recover unavailable posts.

Questions about Favourites.io alternatives

Does Savebase automatically import all my X likes?

No. Its native X saving workflow centers on bookmarks. Save selected liked posts as bookmarks or collect their original URLs for import. Favourites.io remains an option if managing a likes history itself is the specific job.

Can I import a Favourites.io export directly?

No dedicated Favourites.io parser is implemented. Retain the export, collect the original reference URLs you want to move and use a plain text URL list. Review the preview instead of assuming that any competitor CSV has the same schema.
