Bulk Actions
Bulk actions let you operate on multiple posts at once — saving you time when organising a large library.
Selecting Multiple Posts

Enter selection mode
Click the checkbox that appears on the top-left corner of any post card, or press and hold a card on mobile.

Select more posts
Click additional cards to add them to your selection. A counter at the top shows how many posts are selected.

Choose an action
Use the bulk action toolbar that appears at the top of the dashboard to apply an action to all selected posts.
Available Actions
The following actions can be applied to your selected posts:
Move to Folder
Move all selected posts into a specific folder. This is useful for quickly sorting a batch of unsorted posts into the right collection.
Tag
Apply one or more tags to all selected posts at once. Great for categorising a group of related posts that you just imported.
Note
Add the same note to all selected posts. Handy for marking a batch with context — e.g. "Review later" or "From conference thread".
Delete
Move all selected posts to Trash. They remain in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion, so you can recover them if needed.
You can combine actions — for example, select 20 posts, move them to a folder, then tag them, all without leaving selection mode.
