Common Issues
Can't Log In
- Check you're using the correct email address
- Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
- If you signed up with Google, use "Continue with Google" instead of email login
- Clear browser cookies and try again
Posts Not Saving
- Check that the extension is logged in (click the extension icon)
- Refresh the social media page and try again
- Check your internet connection
- Check if you've hit the 100-post Free plan limit — upgrade to Pro or delete old posts
Slow Dashboard
Large libraries (5,000+ posts) can take a moment to load. Try:
- Using filters to narrow what's displayed
- Switching to List view instead of Grid view
- Hard-refreshing the page (
Cmd+Shift+R)
Missing Images or Videos
Images hosted on social media platforms may expire or become unavailable if the original post is deleted. This is a platform limitation we cannot control.
