Troubleshooting the Extension
Save Button Missing
If the Savebase icon doesn't appear on posts:
- Refresh the page (F5 / Cmd+R)
- Check that the extension is enabled in your browser's extension manager
- Make sure the site hasn't changed its layout — we update the extension for this regularly
- Try disabling other extensions that might conflict
Not Logged In
Click the Savebase extension icon. If you see a login screen, your session has expired. Log in again with your credentials.
Posts Not Appearing in Dashboard
Saved posts should appear in your dashboard within 5–10 seconds. If they don't, check your internet connection and try again.
Reinstalling the Extension
steps
1. Right-click the Savebase icon → Remove from Chrome/Firefox
2. Restart your browser
3. Reinstall from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons
4. Log in again
